Overview of our Coach Training

Our Coach Training is designed so that coaches can be trained in stages at their own pace. Ensuring quality is of primary importance.
At the end of Level 2, Trainee Coaches will be allowed to coach children under the supervision of the Master Trainer. They are required to practically demonstrate their ability to engage with toddlers.
At the end of Level 3, Trainee Coaches are licensed to coach up to Level 3 under the mentorship of the Master Trainer. They have to recruit learners and complete their Portfolio of Evidence (POE).
From Level 4 to Level 10, Trainee Coaches attend more in-depth Abacus and Vedic Maths techniques. Their competency is assessed by completing a POE at each level.
The minimum competency recommended to start business is a Level 3. The rest of the levels can be done later.
Applicants don’t need to be good at maths. Coaching children the correct techniques of how to use the abacus is fun work. Both children and coach will love playing with numbers.
